Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (one working day) of receipt. We ship worldwide.

FAST & FREE DELIVERY ON UK ORDERS

  • FREE Mainland UK delivery on all orders.
  • Orders to Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly and Scottish Highlands and Islands will incur a £19.95 delivery surcharge. (This covers the following postcodes: AB31, 33-38, 45, 52-56, BT, FK 17–21, HS, IM, IV, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PA80, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, PO30 to PO41, ZE, GY, JE, TR21-25,)
  • We usually dispatch all orders placed by 12pm on the same day. 
  • If there is any issue with your order that would delay delivery we will contact you immediately.
  • We use Royal Mail, FedEx or Palletways for delivery, depending on the size and weight of your order. We cannot accept liability for any supplier/courier delays, loss or damage.
  • If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card should be left with instructions on re-delivery. If multiple failed delivery attempts are made the goods will be returned to us and you will be notified. We are unable to accept responsibility if you are not there or do not rearrange a delivery. You will be subject to a re-delivery charge for the goods to be sent back out.
  • Our larger items (30kg+) will be sent on pallets using Palletways. Please be very careful when opening pallets as items can move and fall as packaging is taken away. Please note free pallet delivery is to your front door only or to the nearest safe location that we can unload the order from our vans. Someone will need to be home to take delivery of the order. Pallets can only be maneuvered on a flat, level surface. Freight drivers are only contracted to bring pallets as close as they safely can to your front door. They are often very helpful and will do their best for you, however they are not contracted to unload or move the pallet within your garden.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

·         We use FedEx to ship all international orders.

·         Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of your order, along with the delivery address. At checkout, you will see a bespoke shipping quote prior to placing your order.

·         All orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning you will be responsible for any customs charges or duties that may apply to your shipment.
